The brim on this hat is much narrower than I expected. This is definitely a fashion hat, as it will provide NO sun protection.I ordered this hat to wear with casual summer and fall outfits, and I was not disappointed. I love the shape of the hat, it fits nicely on my head. It may be a little bit large, but I prefer that fit to one where you feel it tight on your head, as it is more comfortable. The colors are nice and neutral, and match with many of my outfits. The quality of the hat is very good and the flower embroidery is not only high quality, but very smooth with no fraying ends. The reversible aspect of the product was achieved very well, and the transition is simple and easy from color to color.
